Our story began on August 20, 2024, at a restaurant called SER, over a bottle of white wine and a conversation that didn’t stop until they closed the place down. Neither of us knew it then, but it would be the last first date we’d ever have. Allie waited a full 42 minutes after our first date to text me about the second. I’d have caved sooner, but I was busy on the phone with a friend telling him all about how I’d just met the one.  

On June 19, 2026, at a winery in Costa Brava, I finally popped the question. We’d planned the engagement together, so the only real surprise was the timing, and even that didn’t last. Allie had a special dress she wanted to wear for it, which meant I had to make sure she had it on that day. So the moment I suggested the dress, she was onto me. Thankfully she said yes anyway, and we spent the rest of our Spain trip celebrating and telling every waiter and hotel staff member about our big news.

And now for the best part, our wedding. We’re getting married in Tuscany with a three-day celebration from June 14-17, and we couldn’t be more excited to celebrate with the people who mean the most to us. Three days in the Italian countryside with our favorite people is about as good as it gets. We can’t wait to raise a glass (or many), share a meal, and make memories with all of you.
